Shipping & Returns Policy
- Free ground shipping is available on all domestic orders. If you would like to expedite your order, you can select UPS Express 2-Day, UPS Standard Overnight Saver, or DHL Worldwide Saver for [for international orders]. We do not add a packaging/handling fee or mark up the cost of shipping.
- We ship internationally via DHL Worldwide Saver. The cost is calculated based on the total weight of items purchased and passed on directly to you. We do not add a packaging/handling fee or mark up the cost of shipping.
- Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.
- You can track your shipment with the tracking information provided on the receipt emailed to you. If you have not received an order confirmation email or have deleted it, please contact email@example.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
- We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. Once you receive your order, we are happy to assist you with your return if it adheres to our Returns Policy. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start processing your return.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement – as long as the return is received at our warehouse within 14-days, unopened and in its original condition. This excludes Sale items – all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We also do not make price adjustments for products purchased on sale.
How to Return or ExchangeYou can return items purchased online by mailing them back to us with a copy of the email order confirmation and packing slip. The items need to be received at our store no later than 14-days after the original date of purchase, unopened and in its original condition.

- The quality and integrity of the products we sell is super important to us and we do not resell used, damaged or expired products. Only unused products returned in its original condition will be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- To offer the best shopping experience to our guests, STAS reserves the right to limit returns, exchanges and replacements if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy. This includes, but is not limited to excessive returns, reseller activity and/or fraud.
